OUR TWO WORLDS

We LIVE in a nice area - good stores, safe roads, regular garbage pickup.  We WORK in another world.  It is only 10 miles / 30 minutes away, but sometimes feels like a different country.  We try to help the people with whom we work realize that they can rise above some of their hard situations as they fully embrace the Gospel and live a more dedicated, Christ-centered life.

Here is a glimpse of one of the streets that we travel daily.

This is inside a CVS in "our people's" neighborhood.
Can you tell that these are behind locked cases?  So much of the store is like this.
We love the people and are glad to serve, but it is so nice to have a change, and go once a week to serve in the Boston Temple.  Since the days are getting longer, we now drive at least part of the way to the Temple in some light.  This week, it seemed as though Heavenly Father gave us an extra sweet morning greeting on our way to the Temple.

The Lord paints so beautifully, doesn't He?

I love following my dear Companion as he leads out in righteousness...
Our ultimate goal is to help the members here, and all the people we love so much, to follow, or continue to follow, the Covenant Path to the Temple.
